1. General Information

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the online store available at esimgo.is.

By purchasing a product from the store, the customer agrees to these Terms and Conditions.


2. Nature of the Service

EsimGo provides digital eSIM data plans that allow users to access mobile internet through partner mobile network operators.

After purchase, the customer receives a QR code or installation instructions that allow activation of the eSIM on a compatible device.

The product is delivered digitally and does not require physical shipment.


3. Device Compatibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring that:

  • their device supports eSIM technology

  • their device is not carrier locked

  • the device is compatible with the destination network

Customers can verify compatibility by checking their device specifications or dialing:

If an EID number appears, the device usually supports eSIM.

EsimGo is not responsible for purchases made for incompatible devices.


4. Activation and Usage

The eSIM can be activated according to the instructions provided after purchase.

Important rules:

  • the validity period starts when the eSIM connects to a supported network

  • data plans are limited to the data amount and validity period stated in the product description

  • speeds may vary depending on network coverage and congestion


5. Fair Usage Policy

Some plans labeled as Unlimited may be subject to Fair Usage Policies (FUP).

After reaching certain thresholds, speeds may be reduced according to network operator policies.

EsimGo does not control network speed or coverage.


6. Delivery

After successful payment, the eSIM profile or QR code is delivered:

  • instantly on the order confirmation page

  • by email

In rare cases delivery may take up to 15 minutes.


7. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the product, refunds are generally not possible once the eSIM has been delivered.

Refunds may be considered only in cases where:

  • the eSIM cannot be activated due to a technical issue on our side

  • the QR code has not been scanned

  • the data plan has not been used

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.


8. Network Availability

Network availability depends on partner mobile operators.

Coverage, speed, and connection stability may vary depending on:

  • location

  • device

  • local network conditions

EsimGo does not guarantee uninterrupted service.


9. Limitation of Liability

EsimGo is not liable for:

  • incompatibility of the customer's device

  • poor network coverage

  • incorrect installation by the user

  • service interruptions caused by network providers


10. Pricing and Taxes

All prices displayed on the website are shown in USD unless stated otherwise.

Taxes may apply depending on the customer's location and applicable regulations.


11. Privacy

Customer data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We only collect information necessary to process orders and provide customer support.


12. Changes to Terms

EsimGo reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
